Information Collected by the App

The MarketDynamics app does not require user login, does not collect or store email addresses, does not collect personal profile data, does not include third-party analytics SDKs, and does not track users across apps or websites.

In-App Purchases & Subscription Data

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. When you subscribe, Apple processes your payment information. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Subscription receipt data is securely processed via RevenueCat solely for the purpose of verifying subscription status and enabling premium access. RevenueCat may process non-personal purchase receipt information necessary to validate subscription status. This data is used strictly for access control and service functionality.

How Subscription Data Is Used

Subscription information is used only to confirm active subscription status, enable or disable premium features, and restore purchases. We do not sell, rent, or trade subscription data.

Data Retention (App)

Because the app does not require accounts or store personal user data, no personal profile data is retained by us in connection with the mobile app. Purchase records are managed by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

3. StrategyDynamics Mobile App (Apple App Store)

This section applies specifically to the StrategyDynamics mobile application distributed through Apple's App Store.

Information Collected by the App

StrategyDynamics requires account registration and collects the following data:

• Email address (used for account creation and login)
• Trading strategies, backtest results, journal entries, and uploaded market data (OHLC price data)
• User ID and session tokens
• Feature usage counts (e.g. backtests run, strategies created)
• Subscription tier and status
• IP address and user agent (used for session management and security)

Data Storage

Your account data, trading strategies, backtest results, journal entries, and market data are stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL cloud infrastructure).

Third-Party Services (StrategyDynamics)

• RevenueCat — Used to manage in-app subscriptions. Your user ID and purchase events are shared with RevenueCat solely to validate and track your subscription tier.
• OpenAI — When you use AI-powered features (strategy extraction, code generation, and market analysis), relevant strategy text and chart images are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI retains this data in accordance with their API data usage policy.
• Apple — Subscription payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Data Security

Your VPS API credentials are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Data is isolated per user account.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data using the Delete Account option in the app's Settings screen.

No Advertising

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share information with service providers necessary to operate our services, including Apple (for in-app purchases), RevenueCat (for subscription management), and Stripe / Whop (for website-related services). All third parties operate under their own privacy and security policies.

• We do not guarantee profits or performance. All content is educational only.

Refund Policy

At XAU30 Dynamics, we provide access to a premium trading community and digital services that are delivered immediately after purchase.

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any product or subscription.
• Monthly memberships are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time to avoid future charges.
• Access remains valid until the end of the current billing cycle following cancellation.
• Our automation services are custom-built per client and non-refundable once the development process begins.
